Directions

    Wisk together eggs, milk, and salt and pepper to taste

    Preheat medium frying pan over medium-low heat, adding and melting the butter.

    Once butter is melted, add the egg mixture.

    Using a heat proof rubber spatula push outside edges of mixture towards the center until the bottom of the eggs are cooked.

    Sprinkle the shredded cheese then shredded ham over the top of the mixture.

    Fold the Omelette in half using a spatula and let it cook for one minute.

    Turn off heat and serve to eat.
